Alana is a talented trainee chef in the capital whose life is turned upside down when her father demands that she return to Ossetia and marry.
Determined to avoid an arranged marriage, Alana devises an unusual plan: she brings home Max, an aimless bartender from Moscow, hoping her family will reject him as the perfect "unsuitable groom."
